Alright so I had this back pain problem, like a sprained a rhomboid muscle, since a week back. After one week when the pain was still not subsiding, I went to a doctor [2 days ago] and now i am feeling better after he gave me two injections and paracetamol and thiocolchicoside tablets. Since I am on the medication [which i have to take for 3 more days], I am feeling an increased need to whack off, sometimes two times a day. Why is this happening? Is the medicine doing something to me? Secondly, I was not able to workout because of this problem since one week, but once the course of the medication is over, how long do I have to wait to start working out again?

as to the second, once you are completely healed, just go back to you regimin, but only go at 60% for two or three days, until you can rebuild into it
