Is this even a question? Well, aside from the fact that smoking cigarettes are harmful, eating cigarettes is even worse. People have been chewing tobacco for a long time and many of them have developed some sort of cancer, this is considering your going to actually going to unwrap the cigarette. If you actually were planning to eat the cigarette as it is, you might even choke from the filter in cigarettes.
