Guys, how old were you when your voice broke?!
Question: Guys, how old were you when your voice broke?
Answers:
I remember anticipating a voice change, but I don't exactly remember when. I remember insisting to my sister that my voice changed, although it really hadn't. A few of my friends had deeper voices, and I didn't, so I was curious as to when bass would appear in my voice. I remember in 8th grade my English teacher would often have me read for the class, and my voice would frequently crack. It was funny as hell, but I did feel a little embarrassed. That's when my voice began getting gradually deeper and deeper. It had to be sometime in 8th grade, because it was certainly before freshman year, and I'm a senior now. Being born in September, I've always been relatively young for my grade (17 year old senior). My voice went from cracky and youthful to a really low tone.
First of all..... never say cheers. Thats gay bro.
As far as your question... its different for all guys. My voice never broke. It just got deeper over time when i was about 13-14. I think most guys are like that.
