Right testical is tender? help?!


Question: Right testical is tender? help?
im 14 yrs old and my right testie feels weird. It doesnt hurt when i touch it or burn or anything. theres like a little tickle right now. and when i touch it i dont feel anything. PPl were saying its cuz i slept weird and i was moving alot in my sleep today. Is there something wrong with my nuts? only right testie
