Bicep curls obviously come to mind, but you should also do tricep work. Triceps take up about 2/3rds of the arm and are much more important for arm size. You can do skull crushers with the dumbells (google them) but unless you have heavy dumbells they wont do much. I'd recommend doing close grip pushups (hand as close together as you can while still being able to do 8-12 pushups). Whenever you can do 12 add weight in the form of a schoolbag or such
