comparing sizes with other people?!

it might seem weird but actually its not, guys want to know how they compare to other guys just like girls compare their breasts, so have fun with it! growing up my cousin and I used to hang out a lot and undressing in front of each other was no big deal and we got to that age where we compared penis sizes not that mine was small but his was way bigger than mine, even I had to stare, my eyes opened wide and jaw dropped at the presence of his penis in utter amazement and I said WOW THAT'S BIG!, I will admire his penis forever! so don't see that as odd, it's about having respect for each others genitalia!

Three boys in your family. Same with ours. Nearly drove my mum up the wall.

Usually the changing rooms are where you can compare - although it's the norm to just glance, not stare outright. For that, then prolly your bros, but it won't provide much variance, since you have the same dad.

Friends, is usually at a sleepover, camping out, etc. Sometimes a party, but IMO, the more alcohol involved the more ridiculous it becomes, the less 'being real'. Perhaps also walking nude to and from the shower? Unless your 'rents freak out.

I don't see any harm in that. I think it is good to see other guys and realize that in some ways we are all different, but at the same time all the same.

Your brothers might not freak out, but friends might find such a question to be peculiar. Usually safer, and more common, to just glance very discretely while in the school locker room.
