Question: Bumps Inside my Nipples?
I have these large disk-shaped objects underneath my nipples. They are painful sometimes when I touch them, and they make my nipples look swollen and puffed up. I'm 14, and I have had them for about 1 and a half years. Please help!

It's normal for every guy to get these sore spots underneath his nipples when he hits puberty (I had them for about a year, 12-13), but your case sounds bad, you should consult your doctor.
With medical questions like these you're always better of consulting a doctor. Most likely it may be nothing but do it just in case.
Umm...im not sure but maybe talk to a family member about this. (or google search it)
