Question: Is mens medium a good size?

I'm looking to lose some weight and instead of setting my goal in pounds, I've decided to set my goal in shirt sizes. So I'm wondering if mens medium is a good, healthy size to be in. Or if I should aim lower.

Also, if you can tell me the approximate weight for a male who wears mens medium shirts, that would be extremely hopeful.

my brother = 90lbs

me = 160lbs

dad = 210lbs
