there smaller cuz anabolic steroids replace ur bodys natural testosterone so ur testicles which make testosterone dont need to work as hard so they get smaller. hcg will help u inject in half the btle once a week for 2 weeks but hcg is really expensive. they r still small cuz ur body still must have high levels of testosterone. when ur body needs to increase its supple of testosterone ur balls will get bigger again hcg will speed this up or u can just leave it and wait awhile and eventually they will go back to normal size again as long as u dont use more anabolic steroids.
