Don't use the shampoo... Out of the options you've listed, I would have to say use the oil. It will not hurt you or your penis, but make sure to put a towel or something under you, as it may stain anything that it drips on. Might be hard to explain why you have grease stains on your bed sheets.
Hair gel or shave gel is going to become very sticky before you are done. Nivea cream may work, but will be absorbed into the skin quite quickly. And shampoo is never good to use as a lube, it can irritate the sensitive tissues on your head and make it sore for a few days.

I would suggest the sunflower oil for easier clean-up and less chance of staining then the olive oil.

Do not use vaseline as a lubricant. Vaseline is a petroleum product and clogs the pores of the skin. It also takes a lot of effort to clean it off.
Same goes for cooking oil....it will not be good for your skin, as it too will clog the pores.
Use a good quality hand cream from the bath cabinet, or use hair conditioner in the shower.
Never use soap as soap leaves residue that will irritate the area after it dries it out.

Yeah you go ahead and use shampoo and then I'll laugh when you come on here complaining of peeling skin, slight bleeding, or possibly infection. Not a smart idea to use soap.

Go to a store and buy lube it's not that big of a deal.
You can use cooking oil but you will spend like an hour trying to wash it off.
