I am 5'1. Why the hell are you complaining?

You cannot MAKE yourself grow taller, Bubba.
Genetics rule - you cannot re-program genetics.
You will not finish puberty until at least age 21 - or later.
More growth could be headed your way - nobody knows for sure.
You just have to be patient & wait to see what all develops.

Most of human growth happens during sleep. If you don't sleep you don't grow. Simple as that. But sleep isn't all of it. You also have to eat healthy and exercise to compliment the sleep.

Eat healthy, exercise, and the rest is genetics.
