Q2 : I am frequently hard .... i use masturbation to get it down but now it hurts .. someone told me to get lube ... but the stores wont sell it to me cuz im not 18 ... so how do i get my hands on some ... I HATE LOTION

Bush dude allow it to grow you can trim it of you want but you will be okay some dudes trim it with scissors some use a hair trimmer or just razor shave it off it is up to you.
Lube dude just go to the Rx and buy some lube it is near the condoms if you are old enough to masterbate then you can buy lube there is no law aganst you buying lube. K-Y jelly go find it and buy it

Use a trimmer, and go slowly. Unlike the face, the genital region is a bit trickier to negotiate, with all its curves and such.
There's various oils you can use to masturbate with - extra virgin olive oil, coconut, almond, jojoba, grapeseed - to name a few. Store lubes are okay. Personally, I wouldn't recommend baby oil or vaseline as they contain petro-chemicals, and your skin is very absorbent.
Anything else, just ask.

A1. To take care of the bush you can use trimmers. But use a guard on the trimmers so you don't cut yourself. And then if your not satisfied with just a trim use a razor and shaving cream. Don't use a disposable razor though it WILL cut you, trust me.
A2. Get used to being constantly "hard" it's just a part of puberty. You can get some lube online. A lot of websites provide free samples that they can ship to your house for free. If you're gunna get a lube get Astroglide. I used some that I got out of my brother's dresser and it works really well.

1st of all if u wanna get rid of that bush, do what I do and shave it off or at least trim it close. Yeah IRS a bayyyyitch when ur duck pops up at the most random times. I use my dry hand to jack off with but sometimes I use Vaseline Intensive body lotion. Feels great and it's not sticky. And btw u can buy lube at any store at any age. It's on the shelves.
You should move your all attention to other things like sports,hobby,and so on. And it is normal in puberty . You need to decrease frequency .
1-don't trim it!!!! I trimmed mine and it got really itchy and it'll get longer
