When I take off my shirt and try to sleep in my boxers I always get a huge erect!

Question: When I take off my shirt and try to sleep in my boxers I always get a huge erection so what should I do?
Answers:

Healthy males get erections every night, whether they wear boxers or not. So do what you want to do.

It's a body programming thing. Less clothing + bed = sexy situation for you, and so naturally that part of you kicks in. You have two choices:

1) Masturbate. When you're done, the erection will go away and you'll be fine. This will reinforce the body programming, of course, such that your little trooper will snap to attention like Pavlov's dog as soon as your head hits the pillow, but there's really nothing wrong with that, IMHO.

2) Retrain yourself. This can be done in a few ways, you can spend more time walking around your room in just your boxers and doing other things so your body stops equating that physical state with sexuality. You can refrain from touching yourself while wearing boxers, possibly even buy a pair of briefs and make a point of changing into them before you even think about self-pleasure. It'll take work and vigilance, but eventually you can get your body to the point where it doesn't do that anymore.

I'm pretty sure most healthy males get an erection every night, regardless of what they are or are not wearing (at least I know MY bf does, because he pokes me with it every night when he spoons me...LOL).

experience

Take off your boxers and sleep nude like most guys. Kinda strange to confine your erection in your boxers. Go natural and be more comfortable.

haha thats funny. stop taking your shirt off. simple.

common sense.

take off your boxers silly boy your penis will be colder and so will hug your body too get warm thus no erections

Birthday suit my friend.....
