It tends to work on averages since the average shoe size is 10-13 and the average penis size based on what men SELF report (meaning the actual value is likely to be somewhat smaller) is 5-6.5 inches. There's not actually a direct correlation between the two sizes, though. It's just that these averages conveniently line up.
Nope, doesn't actually work like that. There is a popular saying that if a guy's feet are big then he's big in other places as well, but that isn't 100% true either. Height plays a factor, but it's usually genetics and hormone levels during puberty.
My boyfriend has about average size feet, I don't know the size, 9 or 10 maybe, and his penis is about 8 or 9 inches. There's no correlation.
Actually for me, it works out to be true! lol
My shoe size is 9 and my penis is 4 1/2 inches long!
Of course its not really true for everyone, just works out that way for me.
Btw, at 13 my penis size was 2.5" erect but don't remember what my shoe size was! lol

There is no correlation between the size of any man's body part and his penis. Period.
In my own case I have a size 10.5 shoe and my penis is quite average.
