If it's possible, you should try to explore non-penetrating sex such as masturbation, intercrural sex, making out, oral sex, etc just for the sole purpose of lowering the risk of pregnancy. I'm not someone who believes you need to wait until marriage or that teens shouldn't have sex. I just believe anyone who doesn't want to have a child should do what is possible to prevent pregnancy.
You can have sex however many times you want, as long as both partners are ready for it (I mean, physically ready). The only way it could be unsafe is if one or both of you have a medical condition (like asthma, heart-related problems). However, at your age, it shouldn't be a problem.
