What does this bug sound like?!

I was throwing up like once every hour whilst I was trying to get to sleep, even if there was nothing coming out I was still wrenching my throat when I stopped felt like it was going to bleed, after each time I would break out in hot sweats and runny eyes, also Viewers advice (look away if you are eating your food) every time I drank water or tried eating something it would either come back up or I would excrete it out as liquid diarrhea.
