If the head of your penis shows when you are flaccid, you are probably circumcised. Look up pictures of circumcised and uncircumcised penises on Google (it is NOT porn, it's for purely medical reasons in this situation). Or you could ask your family. Most people in the 90s were circumcised in hospitals regardless of religious background because hospitals usually failed to ask parents' permission to perform the surgery (hospitals profit from circumcision because they charge patients for the surgery and then re-sell the foreskin for skin grafts which cost 1000s of dollars).
Christians don't get circumcised. The New Testament speaks out against it and it used to be considered a mortal sin. If your parents think it's a part of Christianity, they need to read their Bible more carefully.
If you have a medical issue, then you should know that there is no medical problem that can be cured by circumcision. Circumcision is a purely cosmetic procedure, and if a doctor is saying you need to be circumcised, he's lying. Infections are cured with antibiotics, not amputation. This is the 21st Century, not the 18th.
If you don't want to be circumcised, don't agree to it. You're old enough to make that decision for yourself. No 13 year-old should be forced into having his penis mutilated.
When you are older you can restore your foreskin.
