First off, circumcision will not solve this problem. In fact, foreskin will leave the head of your penis unprotected and it will chafe horribly for your entire life. Do not let anyone talk you into being circumcised. Unless your penis has gangrene or necrosis, there is no medical problem that circumcision is the only "cure" for. Doctors may make you feel like circumcision is best but it's not (hospitals charge you several hundred dollars for a circumcision and resell your foreskin for skin grafts so they profit twice from your loss).

You might have an infection that is the cause of sensitivity. If it does not go away in a few days, I would speak to your family about it. If you have older brother, speak to him. Also, you can ask your parents to schedule you an appointment (they may have to physically take you but you can discuss the problem with your doctor). I know it sounds embarassing to talk about private parts with people, especially your parents, but don't feel embarassed. It's nothing that no one has dealt with before.

Get circumcised if you wan't that whole problem to go. If not you will have to keep washing.

LOL Im not trolling. I had the same problem when I was like 8. I got circumcised and it went away. And my penis does not "Chaf". If you're circumcised it will definantly go away.
