growing Up Help??????!

Question: Growing Up Help??????
I'm 15 years old. Male. Just around the beginning of last month I had a panic attack. Which i've had once before but not that bad. I went to the hospital and ran tests on my heart and brain. They said I was fine. Now ever since then I've been having these symptoms:
Anxiousness, random pains (Growing pains I think), my limbs have been falling asleep frequently, sometimes blury vison, trouble concentrating, Vertigo, paranoia, insomnia, my ears wont pop, depth perception problems (I just feel tall), nausea, depression, no motivation, racing thoughts, trouble breathing, chest pains, kidney pains, feels like my throat is closing up, thoughts of harming my baby brother (though I wont, I love him more than anything), I read to much into stuff, indegestion, very short term memory loss (like cant remember yesterday or sometimes what happened 20 min ago), I don't feel like myself, slow reaction times (it takes me awhile to get jokes, when before all this started I was usually the first to get them), and this list goes on.

I dont do drugs (Frankly being high scares me, and I dont like taking anything that will alter my conciousness, which means medication too) or drink. I try to stick to a healthy diet. I don't know whats wrong and its making me crazy. My mom said this same thing happened to her around my age and it lasted awhile, but I don't think it was as severe as this. Is this a normal thing for some people, just part of growing up???

Answers:

Not a thing in the world wrong with you, Bubba, but puberty! Your male hormones are raging from one end of the spectrum to the other, trying to figure out where to settle down. This can cause issues for male teens - like stress, anxiety, depression, fear, doubt, attitudes, mood swings, animosity, fatigue, exxess energy, not enough energy, increased appetite, loss of appetite, too much sleep, not enough sleep, issues with girls or buddies, issues with parents or siblings, lack of concentration, lack of retention, unexpected or unexplained sexual arousals, etc, just to mention a few things. Most guys handle these issues reasonably well - but some do not - and must learn how to deal with them in a more positive manner. If you cannot deal with them - then you end up seeking psychological counseling to learn how.
Life is not always the way it's supposed to be. It's just the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.

It is definitely not normal! Talk to your mother about how concerned you are and get to your doctor. Be sure to tell him every detail
