Go and buy some hemmroid cream from your pharmacy and use as directed.
If this does not work, go to your doctor and have it surgically removed.
You won't die if you cut it.
I'd advise not to drink alcohol, if its hurting it.
I had one hemmroid coming and it was a painful *****, so sore to sit, and it bled and split when i went to toilet and it was nasty. Luckily it disappeared in 2 weeks. I think it happened from anal sex and mostly from pushing alot when I went for a bowl movement
