put on musle weight, work out and eat protein powder or something, or broccoli, broccoli has alot of protein in it and even helps with the production or testosterone



why not just indulge in all the ice cream and creamy sugary greasy cakes like a pig like we all wish we could ?

but if you really wanna be healthy, go for breads, rice, and pasta big weight gainers.
