I can;t stand it - its too uncomfortable for me but commando is not unusual and I guess its like whether you wear anything in bed or not

They also call it free balling. I only do it with loose shorts. Never with dress slacks at work because as hard as I try the last drop of pee always ends up on my slacks and very embarrassing if your not wearing a dark color.
