Your parents are short but if you are 5'5" at age 16 you still could grow more over the next 2 to 3 years. I think you could at the most be 5'8".
I was 5'0 at your age and grew over the next 2 to 3 years another 3"s. So I got to be 5'3". Good luck
Impossible to tell however if you get an x-ray you can check if your growth platelets are still open and if they are you are still growing, if not you're done. A lot of people grow until even twenty so you never know. But if you've been 5'5 since you were like 10 you might have been an early bloomer and be done already.
It all depends on genetics. Most men grow until they reach around 20-21 years of age, so you have some time yet. Nobody can predict how tall you'll be and there's nothing you can do about it, so just let nature take its course.
