Question: Do I Havs Epididymitis?

Im 17 years old and play alot of basketball.. I ransomly got a pain in my right testicle 3 1/2 weeks ago. The pain started only in my testicle and couple days later went into my lower abdominal and lower back.. I felt a pimple sized lump on the epididymit ( srry 4 the spelling ) and it would hurt when i touched it.. I also tried to find the lump on the left side and found about the same thing.. Tge pain right now only buggs me an hour a day, and when i touch my testicles it hurts as in being sore but after when i touch it the pain goes away. What can this be.

My friend said it could be from not wearing protective underwear when i play basketball.. Can that be??

im a doctor. it seems that you have what is called genital herpes. i know this sounds really weird and hard to believe but trust me. it can occur naturally and not just from having sex with humans. a few of my patients were experiencing the same problems and with much inspection of their penis and testicles it seems that herpes is the answer. it is most commonly found in dog anuses and can be transmitted through anal sex with a dog. have you had sex with scooby lately? that is your problem. trust me im a doctor.
