Ok, were both in high school he's been telling me stuff like oh hey, i missed you & last week i was making fun of him for teasing this girl & i was like " You, tease her because you like her." & then he said sarcastically & with a smile on his face, " I tease you too, doesn't mean I like you."

& Today he told me he missed me over the weekend, & that he had a dream about me.

So is he into me??? HELP PLEASE

A lot of guys find it fun to flirt and lead people on. All Guys like sex. Its very likely that he finds you attractive and would like to sleep with you,but whether he has feelings for you or not, i can't say because there's not enough information.
Its also possible that your reading too much into it and he was just simply saying he dosen't like you as anything more than a friend.Something to remember is most men (young ones in particular) don't equate sex with love or 'like', so tread carefully otherwise you'll get used, and hurt.
