Question: Is penis leakage after urinating/masturbating sign of something bad?
Sometimes when urinating, I might have to wait 10 seconds after finishing urinating to get the last the liquid out; it still discharges after.
other details:
I'm still a virgin by all means. I've only masturbated.

no there is nothing bad. as u urinate some of water get accumulated inside and when you shake your penis it comes out . it happens with everyone. and in masturbating liquid coming out is semen and as ur still young the fluid takes time to produce and comes out slowly by slowly. if you grow older the semen comes out with a great speed . so don't worry
