Is it true that circumcised penises stay the same size all the time?!

Question: Is it true that circumcised penises stay the same size all the time?
I heard that the uncircumcised ones grow, and the circumcised ones don't, they just stick up. The uncircumcised ones stick up too though, and also grow though? Is this true? I am really confused. My boyfriend is uncircumcised, and his penis goes from a weird looking thing, to a big huge penis. My ex boyfriend's penis looked the same all the time though, but sometimes it went up in the air. Anyways, what is the difference? Confused?

Answers:

The difference between natural penises and circumcised penises is that natural penises have foreskin which allow them to grow more noticeably. Being circumcised will make your erection about 8-10 mm smaller on average. Circumcision constricts an erection due to lack of foreskin where natural penises have the skin to "inflate" so to speak. However, some men are "growers" and some men are "showers." But generally, a circumcised penis stays the same size because it only has so much skin to grow bigger.

They both will grow and get bigger when they get hard, i.e. erect and sexually excited. When your BF sticks his penis in your vagina it needs to be real hard and it will feel so good to him he will ejaculate in you and then it might go soft again, some do and some don't. Just make sure he is wearing a condom when he puts it in you unless you get married and want children. If he has a huge penis like you say then you are a lucky girl and it's going to feel real good to you too.

I am circumcised and can tell you that mine grows considerably when erect. I'm 21 btw
