your problem is probably getting the pill to the back of your mouth so u should put the pill in your mouth put water in your mouth tilt your head back and swallow......tilting ur head back will put the pill in the back of your throat so it has to go down with the water...

I had the same problem. I choked on food and then when I got sick i needed to take pills. It was so hard for me to swallow them. but you just have to realize that some of the food you eat is bigger than a pill. I use to practice on smaller pieces of food. like little chunks of lifesavers. Start out small and work your way up. I now have no problem with pills. And i drink water before and after i take the pill. Tilting your head back when swallowing helps. And if it doesn't go down, just keep drinking water.
