Question: What is an effective workout to exercise your abs and all of you arm muscles?
I don't need to get strong because I want to because I'm allways the small kid, in (9th grade) so of course I get picked on sometimes but i wanna defend myself and learn mma, so effective workouts?
Answers:
Get on a pushup position and stay like that for at least 10 minutes. By the time you're done your abs and upper body will be aching. Maybe buy the Perfect Pushups at the store for $14?
