Answers:

You are a normal highly sexual young man and are doing exactly the same as all your friends who also jerk off everyday. Jerking off is an instinct and yes your brain is telling you to do it as it has positive health benefits and is necessary for good sexual health. So relax and enjoy one of the gifts that your body offers and you like doing so much.

Try and cut down to once or twice a week, if you can. Gain some self control over your sex drive, instead of your sex drive controlling you. I know its a difficult thing to achieve at your age, but you might feel better about it. Allocate a couple of days to masturbate, say Monday and Thursday. Make it something to look forward to, becuse at the moment, your masturbating is controlling you, which is not what you want. You need to control it.

yes the side effects are
*lower stress levels
*pleasure
*decreased irritability
I'd be concerned if at 13 you didn't have a high sex drive

Masturbation relieves stress, it's good for anyone at any age...and yes everyday.

Well you have a Daily Dose of Extreme Pleasure, you're a teenager just enjoy it.

not good if it becomes an addiction, if you think of girls while your doing it that's a sin

well it cant be good for you at such a young age

yes it's harmful

There is no longer any doubt among doctors and therapists that the supposed negative effects of masturbation are false. It is a perfectly normal and healthy form of sexual expression. Ninety-five percent of men begin to masturbate at puberty, and many continue to do so throughout life without negative consequences.

Masturbation only becomes a problem if it becomes a substitute for other forms of sexual activity.

It is important however to masturbate in a way that will help you learn how to control ejaculation so that when you do have a partner premature ejaculation will not be an issue.

No man is born with the ability to control. Controlling ejaculation is something you have to learn just as you had to learn to control your bladder as a child. We get taught to control our bladders but no one teaches us how to control ejaculation.

Do not waste time or money on sprays, vitamins, herbs, dietary supplements or drugs. This is a learning problem and these things will not help you learn to control ejaculation any more than they can help you to learn to speak another language.

There are a lot of high-priced programs advertised online but all you need is an inexpensive little book written by a doctor and sex therapist that has been used successfully for more than 32 years.

It is called "Lasting Longer: The Treatment Program for Premature Ejaculation" by Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D. For more information just enter the doctor’s name in any search engine: Dr. Sy Silverberg M.D.
