Is it Bad to do a bicep exercise every 2 days ?!


Question: Is it Bad to do a bicep exercise every 2 days ?
I do a very intense bicep workout every 2 days in the night exactly before i go to sleep I just want to know if im giving the correct amount of time for my Bicep to recover.I feel just fine.I dont feel any pain near the bicep area?

Answers:

If you mean every second day, then it is totally fine. Just make sure that you give your arms at least a day of recovery with plenty of nutrition. Plus if it doesn't hurt and your fine thats also an indication that your muscles have developed enough for that amount of workout, so maybe you would want to increase the weights or increase the reps. Also eating food before and after is extremely important for working out. Be sure to eat plenty of carbs and proteins 1 hour before workout and within 30 minutes after workout. Just try not to go to sleep right after the workout on an empty stomach.

I have done a lot of research myself, and also work out myself using the bodybuilding schedule, and i am also a bodybuilding fan.

You could really strain your muscles doing that every 2 days
