If it is loose briefs usually your penis will fall forward straight in the middle. However, if you have tighter briefs, you can position it yourself anyways you like. Off to the right, to the left, or even straight up. Or any other way: slightly up and left, slightly down up right....etc.. The possibilities are endless! Mix it up!
