If you mean to buy it from at store, any age. If you're talking about the age to start shaving the answer is whenever you need to. The age differs greatly so don't worry about it. I understand it's hard to know if you need when you've never shaved before so just ask a parent/caregiver or a friend who has started shaving.

i would suggest you should not use it at a very young age. let the facial hair grow naturally to the fullest and then visit a men's parlor to get this trimmed in a good way.

initiely you'll not know how to use it? let the expert do it for you at initial stage and once the shape of your shave become good, choice will be yours.

if you start doing it on your own, trust me you'll see unnatural growth of facial hair and then you have to take help of threading and lazer and all that bullshit stuff

There is no actaul age limit to buying a razor, but of course, they are mainly used by adult men, because kids don't grow really thick facial hair until they are in their mid-teens.

I doubt there are any laws that prevent you from buying a razor and I am sure the shops will be happy to sell one to you.
