No. First you need proper nutrition
Second 100 crunches a day will do virtually nothing.
Third the idiot that said this will rip muscle tissue is wrong 100 crunches will not and you want to rip muscle tissue as it makes the muscle grow back stonger and yes your abs are a muscle but try doing 700-900 every other day.
Fourth you will need a lot of cardio as revealing a 6 pack takes virtually no body fat.
Fifth it will take around 12-16 weeks if you follow a strict diet and cardio plan.

I am a body builder and i have 11 % body fat and only 4 abs show the others are covered up by extra skin. Good luck



No, it will take 2-3 months. But you don't want to do any more, that could cause some muscle problems.



actually if you do them that much it will break the muscle tissue, unless you already have a 6 pack.. try doing them every other day and eating right.. it may take another month but itll work
