Answers:

No. It's a myth that you can stunt your growth from lifting weights. really the only problem is that you could be hurting yourself. You have to do it right. From the looks of it you are probably doing Bicep curls wrong. But don't worry you and 98% of the population do that.

Good form for bicep curls is elbows close at your side. Do not bring them forwards when it gets hard, if you do stop you are done for this set (or use a lighter weight if it like your first rep). If you bring your elbows out from your sides (gap from your body), then same thing stop or lighter weight. If you are leaning backwards to get your reps up you are lifting with too heavy of weights.

Advice: Get someone who knows how to workout to teach you (a trainer, not some dumb friend doing the same thing). Make sure you are getting enough nutrition to supple you working out and growing. If you are lifting quite a bit try to eat your bodyweight in protein a day and stay hydrated and eat healthy. Just hang in there and really try to learn about the art of bodybuilding. FORM is the most important things. Starting weightlifting the right way will pave your way to success if you have bad form from the beginning you are more injury prone and it may hinder your muscle building performance later on. Get a book or a trainer or coach or someone to help you.

Good luck.

No, but you're either overdoing it or doing an exercise incorrectly...
