why do my balls always seem to hurt after drinking alcohol..?!

Remember alcohol is a poison and it travels around your body in your bloodstream until it is removed by your liver and so may be affecting your nuts so yeah I would consider perhaps drinking non alcoholic beverages. Pain is our body's warning system that if you do not stop what you are doing damage is being done, and therefor should not be ignored.
