Question: What is this painful lump in my nipple?
Sorry that it's kinda an odd subject. But I just noticed a small tender lump in my right nipple. I am a 16 year old male and I am in pretty good shape, if that matters.
I got it a year or so ago, and it went away. But I just recently got it again, and it has been here for a bit longer now. I have not seen a doctor yet, but I might soon.
Can anyone tell me what this is?

its commonly called a nipple rock. it goes away, just give it time. A lot of guys get them during puberty, i know i did. So dont feel wierd
