Question: Sore balls from horse back riding?
my gf wanted me to go on this horseback riding thing that was 6hrs long on and off. My ******* balls are mad sore, its ridiculous. Lol don't know how guys ride or if I was doing it wrong...anyways I took some advil bout 4 hrs ago I don't really like taking pills....but its keepin me awake. anything else i can do for this unfortunate situation? lmao

Soak in a tub of hot water just deep enough to cover your family jewels & dissolve (2) cups of Epsom Salts in the water. Sit in the water until AFTER it turns cold. This will help ease any discomfort - along with the Advil you've already taken.
Get her to gently cup them in her hands for you to express her appreciation for riding with her and your going to feel many percentage points better.
