Simple Answer. It varies from man to man, depends on your genes, on average in men above 20 years old or older. Takes *Roughly* 3 - 4 weeks to be come "Established". However you may be established much much sooner or later. Easiest way to gauge your individual rate, is to look at the males in your family you can tell who has a full thick beard even if they shave everyday. Or you can tell if the men in your family aren't very prone to facial hair.

Without being daft, it depends how long you want the beard to be. I keep mine cropped quite short and it takes 3 - 4 weeks to go from clean shaven to fully established.
