And the worst of it all is.. the inside of my body off to the left of my right hip bone 3-4 inches above my croch herts so bad... i had to leave school earlyer the pain was so bad. i feel shaky...

anyways... ive questioned my recent sexual partners and they seem to not be having any problems. so they say.
I do not know where else to turn.. I cant see a doctor, its been going on 3 days. ive been scared to drink liquids to avoid urination... I just need some advice or some soothing words to help me get through this...(hoping i dont hav a crazy STD) Im looking for a change in my life cause it has been in turmoil lately.. PLEASE HELP. i need advice cause i cant see the doctor

Without testing I don't think you are going to find an answer here as to what the problem is. It could be that your penis is irritated and that is causing the pain. More than likely, and I am not trying to get you paranoid, you might have an STD. Burning while urinating is sign. But of course you will need a test to confirm this. I would certainly see a doctor and I wouldn't even think of having sex with anyone until you find out what is going on. You say you can't see a doctor, but in this case burying your head in the sand and hoping it isn't something isn't going to cut it. Find out and get it treated, whatever the cause.
One other note, the drug use you talk about. The drugs you are using are hardcore. They are going to lead you to nothing but trouble down the road. I am not a prude and did my share of partying when I was younger. However my brother in law (32 years old) had a drug habit very similar to yours. Last year he was found dead in his bed from an overdose. You get one life to live and wasting away on hardcore drug use is really a sad state. You deserve more in your life than an early death. Not preaching, just trying to get you to see the danger you are putting yourself in.
well you need to drink or you are going to get dehydrated! and second if it is bugging you that much go to the emerge they have seen millions of things you could just have an infection and they can give you something to help!
look it up on webMD, its possible that it can be more than an std you might have some sort of urinary tract infection or something. just go to a free clinic.
get your butt to the doctor or the health clinic the clinic will see you for free and not tell your parents wats going on .
you think this is bad if it is a STD and left untreated you can lose more than your penis or become sterile you can get very sick to the point of being took to the hospital
don't ever be embarrassed to see a doc they have seen it all
