I am 23 years old and moderate to highly active during the day. I found this Multivitamin called Centrum in the kitchen. However, it is formulated for men 50+, would it be ok if I started to take it. I am unable to get any others. What side effects could it have on me?

They won't hurt you. Check the expiration date on the side of the bottle.
They're just vitamins. It may have different amounts of some than a vitamin designed for younger men, but taking them for a few days shouldn't hurt you at all.
