Can Having Sex Be Unhealthy?!

Question: Can Having Sex Be Unhealthy?
Me and and girlfriend lost our virginitys to each other so it's not like we have any STD's but damn, everytime we do it I feel so much weaker than I did before and the feeling lasts for like a day. Like it's all fine while we're doing it but when I *finish* I feel lightheaded and I can't really work out much, and even my hair feels like its weaker and falling out :/. It almost makes me not want to have sex in the first place. Why does this happen and how can I stop it?

Answers:

One of the benefits of sex for the guy is the refractory or recovery stage where the brain causes a hormone to be released into the bloodstream following orgasm. The hormone causes total relaxation and makes you want to sleep. The false illusion of energy loss takes place and the benefit is huge shedding of stress and built up tension of everyday life. The recovery stage is not the best time to run a workout! Lol.

You are pushing your body to it's max with your workouts and overdoing it. You don't have much energy left for Making Love and when you go ahead, your just done!

Change the extensive work outs to a more moderate routine and love the Sex!

You have a certain amount of energy like a bank account. If you use the energy in the (most meaningful to you) ways and balance it out, your going to be OK and your activities will invigorate you on the over all instead of leaving you bankrupt. You can push yourself into a condition which takes more time to recover from than you want to think.

If you look at it like a bank account: When your outgo exceeds your inflow, your upkeep becomes your downfall.

Get a physical and make sure that your body is in good shape where your lungs and cardiovascular system is concerned.

Me! :- )

Dude, this might be just a little exxaggerated due to your genetic makeup, but post ejaculation, especially after intercourse, the body is at a low point for testosterone and semen count, and therefore you will experience extreme fatigue and similar feelings to what you explained. How old are you? If you are in your late teens or early 20's, this is part of the maturity cycle. Give it time. :) IF it gets worse see a doctor.

Make some lifestyle changes.
No smoking - no beer/ale - no booze - no drugs.
Eat healthy, get plenty of fresh air, sunshine & exercise.
Avoid stress, anxiety, depression & fatigue.
Get 8 hours sleep each night.

It's because your body is over worked, that's why many men fall asleep after sex.

i'm not a doctor but i do know that when males orgasm hormones are release cause you to be tired
