Yeah I kind of ran out of my prescription of Adderall today and completely lost focus of what I was doing... this is kind of embarassing lol. I looked up quite a bit of porn on the internet. Lost track of time, looked at clock, it was three freaking hours later. I ran into the restroom to do my stuff, but as soon as I did I had this burning hit my balls and appendix-area (spot above). As soon as that was done it started cramping and hurting fairly bad. I've never taken quite so long before, so maybe I just completely emptied or something?

Your appendix is on your lower right side of your lower abdomen and if it hurts it'll be so bad you'll have to see a doctor asap but there is nothing right above your balls except your penis and pelvic bone at the base of your penis. If you were jacking off for 3 hours you might have put too much of a strain on yourself. See what it feels like tomorrow and then decide if you need a doctor.
You could half either appendicitis or a hernia. It is definitely worth seeing a doctor.
