You're roughly over the halfway mark. 5.5" is the average ADULT male size, so since you have already hit that, you should be proud of what you've got. It could gain about another inch, possibly more. Bigger than that could be uncomfortable for a partner.
Circumcision leaves a noticeable scar around the shaft of your penis near the head (or about an inch below it). Usually looks like a brown 'ring'. Uncut penises can have the skin retract behind the head (mine does) when erect. You are def. uncut. You have the benefit of being able to slide your foreskin over the head when you masturbate. Makes for a reaaaaallly nice sensation.
I would expect over the next year, your pit hairs will continue to grow; you may get a 'treasure trail' from belly button to pubes; thicker leg/arm hair, possibly chest as well. And start shaving.
You haven't mentioned voice, but presumably it's already breaking or broken.

You are most likely not circumcized. And it seems you are within the normal range for penis length.
It possible to get bigger, but it wont be by a whole lot. :)
