Question: Sore abs after day 1 of new workout? ?
I started a new workout plan today and obviously its working because all my target areas are feeling the burn, especially my abs. should I give it a rest, or keep going tomorrow with the same plan and get the muscles used to it so I can tone up quicker.
also I know that when you start a workout you really won't get any results the first 1-2 weeks, but if you stop suddenly after the first 1-2 weeks will you gain more flab or just go back to what you were before.

you can keep going i havent workout my abs in months and after a day or workout my chest has been sore since a whole day you can workout your abs everyday if you really wanted to you can either give it a rest or go again 2morrow with the same plan and ......... it takes time to get abs yu shud notice results the first month if ustop at the first 1-2 weeks yull put on more weight and it will take even longer to get ur abs youll be back to were u were b4
