Question: Sexual problem with husband. Could he be ill?
Lately my husband's 'milk' has tasted a bit more 'feminine' if you know what I mean. Could it be his diet or possibly a disease or illness his body may be harbouring? Please give advise. I haven't brought this to his attention. I have acted like its business as usual. Nothing has changed on the menu he is serving me ;)

It's most likely his diet or his meds, if he's on any. If there are no other symptoms, it's probably not any kind of illness. If the flavor is still pleasant, carry on as usual.

It's hard to say, but diet definitely can have an effect. It could also be an infection, although they tend to be less common for guys than for women.
