Have reached puberty, but my muscles are staying the same?!

Question: Have reached puberty, but my muscles are staying the same?
I am sure I've reached puberty--I have all my pubic hair, my voice is deepening, I'm starting to grow a beard, and I have had my growth spurt. One thing has not happened, though. My muscles are staying the same size--they're embarrassingly small. Will they ever change? Is there anything I can do? I eat lots of protein and exercise a ton...any advice would be appreciated! (I'm 15, almost 16)Thanks in advance!

Answers:

I'm taking it your in your early teens. You have a long time for your muscles to develop. Sure you can work out and all but bottom line they will develop more naturally starting in your later teens. Your muscles need time to catch up with your growth spurts. But working out is good and will help. Just saying "don't worry about it".

If you are only 15 years old then you can relax. There are hardly any 15 year old kids that are ripped with muscles, and the reason is because your body is working overtime to adjust to growth. Give your body some time to catch up. It could take years to build the kind of muscle that you are happy with as an adult, but it will come. Just enjoy being a kid while you still can.

Do you go to the gym? I started at the gym 2 months ago and i have gained 40ibis of muscle ( 14years old 230ibis ). The reason why i am big though is because i don't cardio allot i just lift heavy weights and go to an mma gym twice a week for an two hours. Keep on eating lots of protein when you do weights.

lift weights - less rep of more weight is for muscle gain. Get this book:

your probably not doing the right type of excercises.

Basically, you're a woman. You might want to check your pants for a big ol' woody.

Lift till muscle failure and you'll be set
