Supplement question.....?!

Question: Supplement question.....?
I was just wondering if im at the right level of gyming to be using the supplement i just bought

BPI 1.M.R - Pre work out

Muscle fuel anabolic - protein powder

Ive been gyming for a few months, im 6'3 and weigh 82kg / 180lbs (Not Fat)

The BPI 1.M.R has a really high caffeine content and is only for people tolerant to high energy, now i used to use anabolic halo and i seemed perfectly fine with it.

BPI Sports 1.M.R Side Effects
The most common side effects are due to the caffeine contained in BPI Sports 1.M.R. You may notice that your heart beat and blood pressure are elevated even during rest. Irritability, jitteriness, and insomnia are also additional side effects.

Most people that use BPI Sports 1.M.R have a hard time sleeping at night. The manufacturers instruct you to take it 30 minutes prior to your workout. That’s great if you work out at 5 or 6 in the morning (or even before noon for you late risers!) but if you like to work out in the evening you may notice some problems. For example, I work out best in the evenings. But when I tried BPI Sports 1.M.R I was so energetic that I lengthened my workout and I was feeling great. But when I got into bed that night I could not stop moving! And I don’t think I slept at all that night. So just plan your workouts carefully if you choose to use BPI Sports 1.M.R.

Caffeine Side Effects
Drugs.com reports that caffeine side effects range from diarrhea, increased urination, hyperglycemia (high blood sugar), stomach pain and vomiting to cold sweats, dizziness, fast heartbeat, dry mouth, blurred vision, insomnia, irritability and nervousness.
