How do you ease sore muscles in 4-5 days? ?!


Question: How do you ease sore muscles in 4-5 days? ?
I'm sore from tumbling & ii need to be feeling better again by Sunday!

Answers:

Plenty of rest, warm baths and maybe a massage or two should do the trick. It works for me every time. A massage loosens tight and sore muscles.
