Question: Does masturbation (all the way) make you loose muscle/muscle tone?
For some reason, whenever I masturbate (all the way), or have sex, I end up loosing muscle and cant lift close to as much as before whenever i go to the gym for my next wkout. :(. Does anyone else have this problem and does it affect your muscle/muscle tone?

I know what you mean. Ejaculation release "womanly" hormones, like oxytocin and prolactin which work against your testosterone. I don't know if it reduces muscle, but it can definitely effect your workout.



There is no longer any doubt among doctors and therapists that the supposed negative effects of masturbation are false. It is a perfectly normal and healthy form of sexual expression. Masturbation only becomes a problem if it becomes a substitute for other forms of sexual activity.

It is important however to masturbate in a way that will help you learn how to control ejaculation so that when you do have a partner premature ejaculation will not be an issue.
